I want a better life!
People who attempt to improve their lives often come across a similar stumbling block which is ‘where do I start?’ There are so many different aspects of your life which include job, family, friends and everything that makes you who you are. Most of us have been working hard to find a space in which we are happy, only to find that our limiting beliefs stop us from achieving goals.
People are quick to conclude that they are limited by outside forces, ‘creating’ reasons why they are in the depressing situation and unable to move forward. Reasons can be as varied as people themselves, but Gill shows that if you are able to create limiting beliefs then you are also able to create unlimited beliefs.
Gill gives more than a starting point, she provides an understanding and tools to help get you to the point where you want to be. She is able to show you that many limiting beliefs are adopted earlier in your life and serve little or no benefit now. Potentially, you can learn that you are not limited by the surroundings, you are limited by what beliefs are inside you. Understanding this is a powerful step forward for anyone regardless of who they are or where they come from.
Progressing forward is a personal step, but it is not a step that you are required to do on your own. There are people who are able to assist you in ways that make difficult decisions understandable.
