What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching assists clients in identifying what is limiting them and then provides strategies for helping them to move from where they are to where they want to be. This is done through conversation, powerful questions and shared insights that help the client to find their own solutions,and achieve greater clarity and understanding of their behaviour.
Life coaching helps people to discover underlying fears and limiting beliefs, and unconscious strategies and behaviour patterns that hold them back, and to replace these with new empowering beliefs and behaviours.
It is about enabling and empowering people to facilitate change, to commit to decisions to improve their life, and then to remain focused and accountable.
Life coaching sessions can be conducted face-to-face, or over the telephone.
Many people enjoy the ease, convenience and anonymity of ‘over the phone’ coaching.This works well with today’s busy lifestyles.
Others prefer the more direct, personal contact of ‘face-to-face’ coaching which is possible when you have a coach available in your locality.
